@fertility.theory: Inflammation plays a key role in fertility. Affecting everything from egg and sperm quality to implantation and sustaining a healthy pregnancy. Research shows that PRO-inflammatory foods like processed meats, alcohol, sugary drinks, ultra-processed foods can disrupt hormonal regulation and increase inflammation and oxidative stress. To support your reproductive health, prioritise ANTI-inflammatory, nutrient-dense foods such as: 🫐 berries, beetroot, Silverbeet, sweet potato, extra virgin olive oil and dark chocolate 🐟 oily fish rich in omega-3s (salmon, sardines, mackerel) 🥜 nuts and seeds for healthy fats and plant based omega-3s Tumeric, cinnamon and other herbs and spices for natural anti-inflammatory properties Eating an anti-inflammatory style diet (even imperfectly!) can help support optimal hormone health, ovulation, reduce inflammation and improve egg and sperm quality. Laying the foundation for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. #ttc #ttcjourney #fertility #pregnancy #pregnancyjourney

What about sugar in general? Ice cream, chocolates and dessert? Or is it same as sugary drinks and better to avoid all kinds of sugar?? Also about fish, is it ok to get canned ones from woollies? I make baraumudi, but I fry it in oil.. I guess that’s no good as well.

As a vegetarian I struggle to find healthy fats rich foods Beside avocado, what else could I focus on? Also, I take Omega 3 500/1000mg supplements daily to compensate the lack of oily fish
