Trust me Jesus is alive and he is truly God. I had many experiences with him but one experiences that ill never forget. I was in an uncontrolled lucid dream that I wanted to wake up from, I felt stuck and I started to panic. I then said, "Jesus, Help" and I literally woke up 2 seconds later. 😮.

When I wake from sleep paralysis, if I fall asleep again right away it happens again. And it’s a cycle. I have to keep myself up for a bit. I get sleep paralysis quite often, I have narcolepsy

I have this super creepy old lady in my dreams usually my nightmares she usually shows right before I wake up and she’s never staring at me directly usually through something. One time it was a mirror. The weird thing is I’m never scared of her I feel like it’s almost like she’s trying to wake me up before the nightmare gets worse.

I’ve had sleep paralysis before and I totally hated it. At first, it was really creepy and I couldn’t calm myself down. But I started using this technique where I sleep with my hands close to my face so that whenever sleep paralysis hits and I can’t move I just breathe out my nose and feel the air on my hand, it calms me down. Then my sleep paralysis stop because I think I overcome how scary it was.

I had a similar situation as a teen and have had some paralysis since but they haven’t been able to touch me since. Idk if it’s just in my head but it feels like God is protecting me since I did this.

I’ve literally just woken up from the most horrific dream. I fell asleep about an hour and half ago and the whole time i knew there was a presence in my room. The middle of my covers felt heavy like something was weighing it down. I was trying to scream and im certain i screamed in real life. Then suddenly my bed started violently shaking to the point it’s woken me up and I’m now sat with the lamp on too afraid to go back to sleep!. It’s crazy i randomly came across you speaking about dreams as soon as i came on TikTok to take my mind off it all!

I once had a dark cloaked figure grab my ankle whilst i was in bed and it was able to control me. I couldn’t move i kept thinking i needed help from my partner but i couldn’t move then i next minute fell into a sleep. Next day i told my partner i had a strange dream he said he had too. I asked him what he dreamed he said he saw a dark cloaked figure walking down the bottom of the bed then disappeared. We had both saw the same thing. X

I have had it and felt that the dark presence was on top of me and so heavy taking my breath….and I couldn’t move or scream to get them off It felt like long min even though it was a few seconds…. I couldn’t even say Jesus I absolutely believe it was a dark spirit over me I struggled for days grappling with the meaning. I prayed a lot and even bound the spirits in my house, through the name of Jesus. They came back and got my son. It is important to keep praying because they come back seven fold
