I was a panda cook for 4 years That’s a scrub brush for walls only never used on the floors. The woks (pans) are deep cleaned every night along with the blancher that blanches the veggies. TheNo more food is being cooked that night they are closing. The fryers get emptied every night and scrubbed down with a metal scrubber as well. Panda is one of the cleanest restaurant kitchens out there.

worked at panda express for 2 years, store i worked at is strict about cleaning and wants it spotless.. if u see this happening which is usually almost closing that's how yk they stopped cooking food and whatever is left on the table is what u get, they not gonna cook food in those woks anymore and this is exactly how the kitchen is taught to clean the walls (boiling water in a wok)

I worked at panda for 2 years. This is usually a closing procedure. And based on the look of the steam table they are closing. thats not a "mop" its only used in hot water. and after closing, everything is washed after WITH cleaning solutions then all dishes cleaned and sanitized.

Worked there and also worked in the kitchen. That is a scrub meant for the walls. There is cleaning solution in the wok with hot water. That brush touches nowhere else but what you see and the wok is cleaned after and sanitized again for extra protection. Panda had a strict cleaning policy!!! If you think this is gross go see how other fast food places are cleaned.. bc they aren’t 😭

i promise you panda is one of the cleanest fast food places the “mop” he is using isn’t a mop it is strictly only used for the walls also the aco’s of the store do NOT play about the cleanliness

Panda is pretty strict, they could get trouble a lot with that. I don’t think that for the floor, he’s using it for a wall only (panda worker)

Yeah that’s just the brush we use strictly for the walls. All Pandas do this, it’s apart of our closing procedure. Nothing to worry.

Yeah I’ve been a cook at panda for 2 years and that’s a scrub that is switched out every day only used to clean grills fryers and walls 1 uses for each thing and the woks are burned for ten minutes a after killing any bacteria and then washed trust me it’s the cleanest fast food restaurant for sure

I work at panda as a cook and that’s the all scrubber we use and when we start doing that there’s no food coming out of the back, and the thing we put the degreaser/ soap in is the blancher that the vegetables go in and we empty it and clean it after doing the walls. We DO NOT use a mop on the walls

We have different mops for everything like we have a blue mop for the front area and a red for the back because of how oily it gets back there. We also have different types of brooms. Trust panda is super strict on us making sure we have everything cleaned.
