The dealership put our filter cap on so tight I broke the special filter cup trying to get it off there. First time I’d done a change on that particular car, before then it was under warranty so we had them do it. When I complained to them, they tried to say it wasn’t their problem. They finally agreed to do the change, and had to literally break the cap off the car.
