Guys this outdated if your on windows 11 don’t do this most likely your it’s bad internet/total packet loss or an issue with your games screen rendering being compressed or stretched check your nvidia control panel and make sure you have the correct settings also this can highly dependent on your monitor native resolution and the one you have set in game

i did this and i kept getting temporary banned because of "bad connection". turned out it was vanguard randomly turning itself off because of this

Might actually be the dsc mode in your monitor causing the game to run in composed flip adding huge delay, it should run in independent flip to be normal. By turning fullscreen opti off like you did, your forcing it into legacy flip which is the best option to for input delay while at the same time having dsc on.
