Der beste norwegische Fjordräucherlachs von @MOWI.lachs eignet sich dafür perfekt. Alles, was du brauchst: 🐟 1 Packung MOWI Fjord Räucherlachs 100g 🍚 Sushireis 🥑 1/2 Avocado 🥒 2 Minigurken 📄 3 Nori-Blätter 🧀 2-3 EL Frischkäse 🌱 Schwarze Sesamkörner 🥜 Etwas Erdnuss- oder Pflanzenöl Zubereitung: 1. Eine kleine Auflaufform mit etwas Öl einpinseln und den MOWI Räucherlachs auf den Boden verteilen. 🍣 2. Danach folgt eine Schicht Reis, dann ein Nori-Blatt und darauf den Frischkäse verteilen. 🍚🧀 3.
