You didn't respect the stop sign, and you proceeded without signaling. The fine for failing to stop at a stop sign is 400 MAD and 4 points deducted from your driving license. The fine for not using your turn signal is 150 MAD. That means the total should have been 550 MAD. So, the police officer actually treated you well and only made you pay the 150 MAD fine.
