Same. Last dec-jan lang nangyari. 12years working ng naka upo. Sciatica yung sa akin pero pag MRI yung lower disk ko din prob. Dapat na tayo tayo ng tayo.

Sino ba kasing nagsabing umupo ka ng 8 hours sa shift pwede naman magpaalam mag cr, mag timpla ng kape, gumawa ng foods, mag lakad lakad lang, dami lang pwede minsan tinataas ko na lang cam ko para makatayo ako habang duty 😭😂
