@pagetkagy: I used to do everything right. Scripting, visualizing, affirmations every day…and I was exhausted. Nothing was moving, and it felt like the more I tried, the further it got 🫢🥲 At some point I realized the effort itself was the problem. That constant pressure, the need for it to happen, the “I have to make this work” energy…it has a FREQUENCY. And it pushes things away. Because when you’re in that state, you’re still operating from not having it. The shift is quieter than people think. It’s not about doing more rituals. It’s about letting go of the grip. The women who shift the fastest aren’t obsessing or checking for signs. They’ve done the inner work, and then they live like it’s already handled. Not forcing. Not performing. Just grounded in themselves. And from that place, things start to land differently 😌💙
