@its.anya.lacey: Just because of my job, people always assume I’m supposed to dress a certain way, act a certain way, and fit perfectly into whatever image they created in their heads. The truth is, I was never meant to live my life trying to satisfy somebody else’s expectations of what my profession should look like. I’m going to keep wearing what I love, speaking how I speak, and carrying myself exactly the way that feels authentic to me. I refuse to water down my personality just to make strangers more comfortable or more accepting.
