white is not.outdoor rated. read the package or go to industrial supply store. indoor, outdoor, cold weather, more. they're different plastic. stainless is fine for some repairs, other they cut thru the time with time making leaves or over tightened bend things causing failure like the pipes bent in the video. nothing is one fits all. ps, for loose heatsheilds on exhaust these are great ! retired mechanic.

The metal tire wrap has been around for years. It’s always been used in a commercial industry, especially for anything outside telephone cables the time up properly to the strand cable TV conduit electrical conduit. They are only at one time use, but they’re absolutely fabulous.

I’ve used these - they are awesome. Strong as a hose clamp, stainless doesn’t rust, the tool lets you tighten them really well, *much quicker and easier to install and remove than a hose clamp.
