It’s partly true, but not complete. People don’t directly create your emotions, but they do influence them. What actually happens inside you depends on your thoughts, past experiences, and meaning you give the situation. So it’s not “others make you feel,” and it’s not “you control everything.” It’s more like: Life touches you, and your inner world responds⚡️✨

Everyone is responsible in this world; not just you! The person spitting out garbage is responsible for the feelings they caused others. You are now responsible for taking that garbage and attempting to transmute it somehow in order to let it go. But that other person is not free from it all- they have created karma for their bad actions. Its not that simple to just let go of bad actions and words- we're not robots; all we can do is try!
