How do we run an experiment to prove or disprove many worlds

It's simpler to say that "choice" is not a physical process. It's called superdeterminism

what is even the observations that people had to come up with such theories. Like you always here this crazy theory. It not what observation they were trying to answer with it

the problem here is "distance". the current models, where the flat spacetime seems to indicate a distance between entangled particles can be large, yes. but the geodesic distance between entangled particles is zero, so if something happens to one of them, the information can be transferred instantly. no "spooky action at a distance". for a different model, see Tiktok @wim2338.

I don’t like the many worlds interpretation, but, there is probably at least one world where I do 😳

so for every direction, two choices exist... since superposition and non locality exist within the same 'z' (4th dim) aka slice of time... no need for speed of light to affect the experiment... just distance (3d) ? and the many worlds interpretation is 'all' possibilities... so position and momentum can swap to just plausability?

Many worlds is the least magical explanation for quantum mechanics. It can be deduced from the simple axiom that quantum effects have no scale limit: no matter how large the system, they can still behave quantum mechanically. Which means the experimenter becomes part of the quantum system when he or she observes the result. Copenhagen leads to bizarre results because it's an attempt to retain classical physics at macroscopic scales.
