Instead of sweetened condensed milk, I found caramel condensed coconut milk right next to it at the store — hopefully yours has it too. For the sweetness: * 2 cans gives you that fancy vacation coffee vibe — sweet, creamy, but you can still absolutely taste the coffee. * 3 cans starts inching toward that Dunkin’ / Starbucks level sweetness. Here’s what I used: * 2 to 3 cans caramel condensed coconut milk (7.4 ounces each) * about 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste * 1 full 44-ounce container of unsweetened Califia Farms coconut milk water blend Blend it all up, pour it into a container, and keep it in the fridge. It’s sweet, creamy, and still lets the coffee taste like coffee — which feels rare these days. And sorry about this video. My face before coffee is none of my business either.
