I used to work at night and yes it’s hard if you have kids more hard I used to sleep 4 hours a day. Human are meant to be sleep all night. I switched my shift to morning and way better and more energy even though I get less sleep some times also I still have some time to sit watch tv and eat dinner. Before go bed.
