I’ve been experiencing a lot of hair loss for the past year or so and I’m finally growing it back. I don’t know which particular change helped but I started adding in the following: the Ordinary peptides (this for sure kickstarted the process bc it helped slow down my shedding), Nizoral shampoo, Bondi Boost shampoo and conditioner (this for sure helped a lot too, I noticed a big difference after starting this), started brushing with a boar bristle hair brush and massaging my scalp with a soft silicon head massager in the shower before and during shampoo and at night when I put on the serum. I also recently added in the rosemary and rice water spray and have been liking that as well!

I haven’t been through this exact thing but I definitely lost a lot of hair due to stress and the best recommendations I have are prioritize vitamins (get a blood test, hormone panel, etc and tackle any deficiencies), eat well (will help w any vitamin deficiencies too), hair oiling / hair care, and trims every 2 months (help make your hair appear fuller and help w hair health)

Where did you get your procedures? This hair loss can happen with any trauma. I was majorly sick twice last year and experiencing hair loss still bc of it. I just went to my derm and was prescribed 2 pills to help it grow and stop the shedding.
