@51ultron.com: I broke my sales process last month running 3 AI models wrong. Here is the routing system I built to fix it. Layer 1: Research 1. Open Gemini. 2. Connect it to Google Drive and Sheets. 3. Drop the prospect's company name and pull structured account data. 4. Gemini wins here because the data already lives in Google-native format. Layer 2: Scoring + cold outreach 5. Take that account data into ChatGPT. 6. Prompt: "Score this prospect against my ICP. Flag the top 3 outreach angles." 7. ChatGPT is faster at classification. Do not use Claude here. 8. Generate 3 cold outreach variants. Pick one. Send. Layer 3: Discovery and proposals 9. Record your discovery call. Export the transcript. 10. Open Claude. Upload the transcript. 11. Prompt: "Find the buyer's actual objection, their decision criteria, and the 3 things they care most about." 12. Claude reads between the lines. Nothing else does this as well. 13. Use that output to write the proposal. Do not start from a blank doc. Layer 4: Objection handling 14. When a prospect pushes back, paste their message into Claude first. 15. Prompt: "Map the resistance pattern. What is the real objection behind this?" 16. Take Claude's diagnosis into ChatGPT. 17. Prompt: "Write a reply that addresses this directly. Under 5 sentences." 18. 90 seconds. Done. Layer 5: Follow-up 19. All follow-up sequences go to ChatGPT. 20. Short. Direct. One next action per message. 21. Gemini pads. Claude overthinks. ChatGPT ships. The model is not the system. The routing layer is. I built this routing table inside Ultron so it runs automatically.
