So in honour of his wisdom, I made a reel because it left an impact on me ❤️ Lobsters can die while shedding their shell. Because the shell that once protected them eventually becomes too small for the life growing inside it. Humans do this too. People pleasing. Perfectionism. Emotional numbness. Survival mode. At one point, those defenses protected us. But eventually the armor becomes the prison.
