Aloo Gosht — Pressure Cooker Ingredients * 1 cup oil * Whole spices, as preferred * 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 kg mutton * 2 tsp coriander powder * 1 tsp turmeric powder * 2 tsp chilli powder * ½ tsp cumin powder * 5 brown onions, crushed * 2 tbsp yoghurt * Salt, to taste * ½ litre water * 3 potatoes, halved * 1 tsp garam masala * Fresh coriander, chopped * Fresh green chillies, chopped Method 1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole spices and fry for a few seconds. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté briefly. 3. Add the mutton and cook until it changes colour. 4. Add coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder and cumin powder. Mix well and cook until the oil separates. 5. Add the crushed brown onions, yoghurt and salt. Mix everything well. 6. Pour in ½ litre water, close the pressure cooker and cook for 5–6 whistles, or until the mutton is tender. 7. Carefully release the pressure. Add the halved potatoes, close the cooker again and cook for 2 whistles. 8. Release the pressure, then add garam masala, chopped coriander and green chillies. 9. Cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the gravy to reach your preferred consistency. 10. Serve hot with roti or rice. #fyp #foryoupage❤️❤️ #aloogosht#muttoncurry
