I love having dentures. Do I wish I had taken care of my real teeth to avoid needing fake teeth? Sure. But I’m in zero pain and can smile and eat now and I wish I’d done it sooner

I cant even eat with mine period. No amount of glue or dentach or any of that helps me. I cant afford implants either. So I dont even leave the house now.

these are my top dentures. I filed the center out. had them for nine years now and I love having them. still have suction and I use denture glue. they feel and work like my natural teeth.

I sleep in mine,they only come out to be cleaned,I had to clean my natural teeth as well but even more so you have to floss your natural teeth so its also an extra step ,and thats 3 times a day, the permanent ones also have their drawbacks,you have to go back to the denturist regularly, so they can clean the permanent ones,so thats another bill every 2 months ,so each have their drawbacks,im just happy my teeth dont hurt anymore

im 36, I got all my teeth pulled march 13th of this year. its may 8th now, im not in any pain anymore but yes dentures are very time consuming and they're frustrating. but it is what it is. im finally eating solid foods again.

I’ve had upper dentures for a year now and I regret it too. I can’t eat with them so what’s the point of putting them in? And I hate it when people say “just get implants”. Like, yeah I’ve got $50k just lying around. 🙄

I am with u on this. Im a year in and it is the absolute worst decision i ever made in my life. I cant wear them. They dont fit. They make my gums hurt. I hate the way my face has changed. I dont smile with them cause i hate the way i look. I would of never did this if i knew the downside of it

I have a top denture and bottom implants and I absolutely love the implants I’m seriously considering getting them on top too but my top denture really isn’t problematic just not as easy as the implants or as strong

As a Dental person I’m so sorry this breaks my heart. If only I could tell you how bad I hate the Dental side of tt so much misinformation please find a dentist that you like and can trust and hopefully they can help you get through this.🥰❤️

They look great on you! I just put mine in the solvent before I go to bed and then brush my mouth before I leave and put them in. Be grateful you have a nice set of teeth. I wouldn’t have known you had dentures if you hadn’t of said so.

Keep your dentures l which I could have got dentures. You still got to clean a permanent set a getting implants your bone have to be shave down. You cannot take your permanent out if you have any problems with your gums.I regret my permanent teeth.

I got implants at the bottom..A full plate up top ...I love mines. I put my work on credit cards, But I love my smile😁

Do you qualify for medicaid if your not working? That's how I got my permanent dentures.

Have you checked to see if your dentures can be permanently glued in? Cheaper than implants.

Same. I regret it everyday. My permanents suck, the bite is so off it hurts to eat and everytime they try to fix it they make it worse. And I cant stand wearing them cause they're so uncomfortable
