Pretty darn good job, will work, but for the future when building catch cans/AOS 1 very important aspect of the design is slowing airspeed down without creating back-pressure. Next time you build one, use baffles between the inlet ports and outlet ports, make the air change direction, then the steel wool as last layer! How you made the baffle for oil to fall to bottom of catch tank, drilled holes. Could have made (2) for each side port going perpendicular to the existing baffle. (2) layers with staggered holes would greatly reduce airspeed allowing oil to fall out of suspension from the air a lot better. If you see in the screenshot how only thing disturbing airflow is the steel wool, but the air will take that path of least resistance, But non the less looks great!
