That deputy is wrong in dispatching this dog and going into that yard had no legal right to go into yards when there was reason !

Pepper spray?? I will find it hard to justify the use of his service weapon (body cam footage) or not. There were other force options never used nor attempted. Unless the Rottweiler was actively eating a child (off camera) and that was the deputy’s first chance to safely end the threat and save the child. I don’t see it.
