You have to buy the newer ones with these. It’s very unfortunate, I bought a halo two collar and it needs an update, but the collar doesn’t have the fireware It needs for the update for it to work. When I contacted the company they said basically all they can do is offer me the new one for $300 but I’m still out on what I bought for the one that I have. I paid for a year package & didn’t even get to use it. They did cancel it
