@thegoodwrench: I reminded this man for MONTHS to schedule his colonoscopy after turning 40. Gentle reminders didn’t work… but let’s just say a little strategic motivation suddenly had him logging into the patient portal REAL fast. Appointment booked within 15 minutes. All jokes aside, preventative health screenings matter. Colonoscopies, annual checkups, and early detection can literally save lives. Friends… please tell me I’m not the only one managing everyone’s appointments around here.
