So as a former facilitator for the American Red Cross, we would’ve taught people how to provide basic skills, but it also depends if someone was certified and willing to step up now in this man’s situation the good Samaritan law may not have covered him because if she would’ve been injured further by his Care because he didn’t know how he could’ve been liable and sued second of all, it should’ve been someone notified the staff at the gym and it should’ve fell upon the responsibility of the facilitation of the staff at the gym and it’s hot would’ve been is legally. The Jim is responsible for the members not a member for another because he did not go over and show compassion and ask maybe he realized he was not qualified to revise even the basic thing because with people suing people, and if you do not act within the scope in the realm of what you’re certified to do then you’re not certified, and you can further the injury and be reliable. This is why it would’ve been the responsibility of the Jim to know how to care for an injured member and to provide 911 assistance.
