The homo erectus discovered fire and started cooking a million years ago (minimum) and the homo sapiens evolved eating cooked meat, our digestive system is prepared to eat cooked meat. Because of our specialized immune system cooked meat has more bioavailability rather than raw meat, and the nutrient loss in cooking (not overcooked) is laughably small. If you eat raw meat/milk and didn't get sick; that's not an argument, raw stuff still has a very very small chance to get you sick but that's not the point, the point is that it's literally just worse. Also isn't it funny that there's a huge conspiracy capable of systematically faking evidence and millions of researchers are all in on it but they let people like aajonus, goatis and tiktok creators talk? seems like a HUGE slip up, all of that effort yet they don't even bother censoring them?
