Crispy Cheesy Corn Dogs Ingredients * 2 large rice paper sheets (25cm) * Water for dipping * 1 large hot dog, cut into 8 pieces * 2 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 4 pieces * 1 egg (egg wash) * 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs * 1/4 cup grated parmesan * 2 skewers * Oil spray Instructions Spray parchment paper with oil. Beat egg on a plate. On another plate, mix panko + parmesan. Thread hot dog and cheese onto skewers. Quickly dip rice paper in water (1–2 sec only) and lay over a light layer of parmesan. Place skewer near the edge, fold rice paper over, roll to the middle, fold top down to seal, then continue rolling tightly. Dip into egg wash, then coat in panko mixture, gently pressing so it sticks.
