Air Canada forced me to gate-check my carry-on even though it met the size requirements because there wasn't enough overhead bin space. The gate agent then mistakenly tagged it with a stroller tag instead of properly checking it. My bag contained all of my vacation clothes, hygiene items, jewelry, and expensive clothing rentals, and it's now missing. I've spent my vacation replacing essentials instead of enjoying it, and every time I call I get a different story. I've even been denied the chance to speak with a manager. This level of negligence and customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect Air Canada to locate my bag and make this right immediately.

HELP ME. I have been trying to get on to a customer service representative to get a refund for a flight that I did not take. The app refused to let me cancel or rebook. I visited the counters in Trinidad and Houston but no agent assisted me. I was given a card to call. I have been calling, sending emails, posting on social media platforms for 3 months but no help is being provided. Chatbots have me on hold for hours before hanging up on me. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND HELP ME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
