why does your Celica have only drum brakes in the back? I've owned a AT200 and ST202 but they both had drum breaks in there normal brake disks. is this a American market thing?

please Swap thouse Drum Brakes For discs,You can use it from the GT Celica.

94-99 celica GT disc brakes will fit on the rear. You’ll need the rear brake soft lines, caliper, caliper bracket, rotor, pads, brake shield. There’s 4 14mm wheel hub bolts. The GT and ST front and rear wheel bearings are the same no difference. There’s a o ring where the hub goes on the knuckle. If you don’t have abs I’d say use non abs GT brake parts. There’s also a parking brake cable (drum in disc e brake) you’ll need to get with the rear disc shields. It’s really simple but you’ll need to remove heat shields underneath the vehicle. And from the e brake cable inside the cabin. Technically there is a brake proportioning valve you should replace but if ur not pushing a lot of power it might not make a difference. Also you can upgrade the front calipers to two piston brakes using Avalon brake. Lmk if you want info on that!
