I stayed in old town for 2/3 days and imo it’s best to take it slower. The walking tours of the city are great and the hike to the fortress and hike to the old ladies who run the cheese shop was also amazing. The streets are so mazy so we kept discovering new areas of old town and walked the cool walls. At night it is even better imo
