That Truss is engineered designed and built to be a bit raised like this. Until the roof has been stacked. What your doing here is forcing Deflection. Your fighting something you dont need to be fighting. Sending a lot of time and energy. On something that isnt needed..That Gable Truss should be Tacked in. Put some sheathing on it. Stack the roofing materials. Maybe a few days,.. Then, ill shit you not. Come down to this here gap. and find it resting nicely on the Top Plate. This, is when you do all your securing.. Per your Blueprints Details. Bet, not one of them Details show "A Big Ass Lag into the Truss, into the Top Plate " 😅 👍
