@mandyrachaelvisuals: Michael Jackson actually didn't have a choice than to settle, because if he gives up his defence, while the criminal case is still on, he would go to prison without any proof 🤦🏻‍♀️ When the court should have just wait for the criminal case to be over before proceeding with the civil case 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now Michael is asking that the court hold on for the criminal case to conclude first, and the court said No 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ultimately he had no choice than to pay 15m settlement out of court That's really bad... That law is very flawed, even though it has been amended now because of him But the sufferings and damages caused nko?? Quite sad TBH 😔
