Oh yeah, 80% of life is about owning a home. Imagine having 3 kids, paying rent, school fees, and handling everyday responsibilities. I built my small storey building in just 5 months. I may not have much money right now, but the peace and pride that come with living in my own house are priceless. Back in 2021, my landlord evicted me. The same thing happened again in 2023. There were days when finding a place to sleep with my kids became a real problem. Bro, if you can build, just build even if itโs only a single room. Start small. You can always invest and expand later.
