I can confirm it has to be used within 3 months of issuance. My work visa tracker has it in bold and red (probably bc it isn’t clear in the paperwork).

Must have been so exhausting, but I'm so so glad it's over and that it eventually worked out for you. Not that it helps now, but I really recommend double checking traveldoc.aero to check visa rules etc, we use it when we check the requirements when we check in passengers at the airport 🫶
