All I did was cry :( all the other patients felt so bad for me which made me more sad. No one believed a single word I said in there. I still have nightmares from that place

I literally grabbed a yoga mat in it and started doing push-ups and sit-ups and I got insane muscles cuz I was in there for so long.

I helped this older gentleman to not post about his ex gf all over Facebook once he got home. He had this whole elaborate plan and i did my best to change his mindset on it. I hope it worked. Will never know.

one time I was there, I was in a manic state and I was trying to figure out the fourth dimension, and the psyc tec was like so interested in what I was saying. I dont remember anything I said, but I remember him saying my drawings were cool

last time I went there I was in a depressive episode so I was literally all day in bed, they lower my Clonazepam dose, when I got out of that episode they had to increase the dose because it was not helping. In my experience, I don't wanna go there anymore because besides you " get free" of all of your problems in life, it's really exhausting just being there.

Dude. When I was in (more times than I care to share but I tried to get off my meds prior to every time), they had us on brutal therapy and group sessions. But yeah the conversations with other patients was way cool.
