Corps members shouting “Under the sun or in the rain” during parade, yet the moment rain starts falling everybody is busy holding tents and looking for cover. Quite disappointing honestly. If I were the Camp Commandant, I would have ordered everyone to remain on the parade ground and practically demonstrate the spirit of the anthem they sing with full chest every morning. They are not being trained to become soldiers, but to be regimented, disciplined, and mentally prepared to endure the one year service they signed up for, whether under the sun or in the rain.
