I’ve had a Kodak printer like this for years. It is great to be able to print any pictures whenever you want without having to get in your car!

Since there were many questions on ink, I did a little digging on Kodak site so you don't have to. Hope This helps. 1. This is actually about the regular price for these printers. They are still quite nice, and if you want to print at home this is a great option. 2. I see lots of asks on Ink. This Does Not Use Ink. It is a small version of the classic Dye Sub printer tech that has been around for decades (eg I used to do art printing for customers on the Commodore Amiga computer it's that old tech) 3. How it works is the cartridge has 4 colors of plastic sheets, RGB and clear to seal. It uses heat to transfer the colored plastic, so it is durable it won't run, fade or smudge, but can be damaged in extreme heat. 4. Cost it seems (just looking at the Kodak site, to be about $28-$50 for 80 sheets and includes the Dye Sub cartridge (depending on where you get it). So honestly reasonable price (actually cheaper than in store photo prints).

so let me get this straight. this prints using a cartridge that has everything needed for the 50 prints? is it only meant for 50? Thats less than $5 of prints at Walmart. or is a cartridge meant to last longer?
