I’m officially 37 weeks today and ready for him to vacate. I did all but one. I couldn’t do the duck walks with out my spouse. I have been very active my whole pregnancy and I can say this left me winded and shaky legs 🦵 😂

you start to do from your second trimmer slowly...so that your body prepare earlier for smooth delivery...you do in third trimester will be just an exercise only..keep being active frm day one
