@adventuresofalicee: ✨The perfect UK summer road trip! ☀️👇 This is of my favourite places in the UK and one that we keep coming back to 😜 The scenery is gorgeous with rolling hills, wildflowers, rocky peaks, deep gorges, and postcard-perfect villages. 📍Location: Peak District, England 🏴 Heres the perfect road trip around the Peaks, especially if you like hiking: - Winnats Pass: a stunning road through a gorge and one the prettiest drives in the UK - Bamford Edge: a short but steep hike with incredible views over Ladybower Reservoir 🥹 - Chrome Hill: a steep, rocky hike across two hills with incredible views! ⛰️ - Thor’s Cave: a short hike to a cave carved into a rock face. 💚 - Chee Dale Stepping Stones: a hike through a gorge and woodland along several sets of stepping stones 🪨 - Luds Church: One of my favourite hikes in the Peak District down into a mossy chasm 🍃 - Roaches: a lovely hike that you can combine with Luds Church to form a loop 🥰 - Stanage Edge: a short steep hike up to a rocky viewpoint.
