It's funny because when you were describing the clear rain protection thing I was thinking of Queen Elizabeth 🤭 My mom always bought the Spanish magazine Hola and she was featured often. She's the only person I've seen wearing that! And it was her 😊 So cool that you and your dad saw her up close.
