A young doctor who has spent the past 10 years of medical school and residency constantly learning, staying updated with modern medicine, and focusing on understanding and helping patients can sometimes have more valuable knowledge than someone with many more years of experience but who has stopped evolving. So yes, I think thats the most important thing.

Experience isnt the only factor but it is a big factor. I will prefer the more experienced doctor over entry level doctor. After a few years, Ill take the now mid lvl over the lifetime doctor

Diesel Mechanic. constant testing with ASE's. Things changing all the time. I will say someone can come out of technical training obtain all ASE's and still not be as good as the guy with 20 actual years in the field. So yes I would feel safer with someone thats not fresh in the field regardless of training
