this video is the reason why shops loose young guys that want to be mechanic then get told and bought into flag time then quit the industry. I'm at getting worse and worse. and normal people are wondering why it takes days in some areas to get warranty work done. yes and average head gasket replacement can be done in 5hrs, but some cars require you to remove so many redundant parts and brackets just to get into the spaces to get it done and often need specialty tools or training to get it done in that time frame. more or less I get it. all I can recommend to the young mechanic out there is to avoid flag time like the plague unless your in the clicke or have the knowledge and tools it's very hard to make good money on flag. and don't get me started on per job..... if the dealership has no work, you have no work.
