@miakouppa: Yiouvarlakia are Greek meatballs made with ground meat and rice. They are boiled until cooked through and then an egg lemon (avgolemono) sauce is added to the pot. The meatballs are served with a creamy, frothy and tangy broth. This is pure Greek comfort food.
