i don’t think yall realize how old this man rlly is. He and stormfront have been immortal and around since world war 2 making him nearly 80 while countess had regular V so she was def born after the war and aged normally so it’s definitely possible for him to have had 2 loves 😂

just for your information, stormfront was with him way before countess and probably they broke up because liberty went MIA, Soldier Boy may have not know where he was and just assumed she dumped him or whatever, and here comes the interesting part, as a guy I have to admit how much work it needs to be done to get over someone, but SB is a whole different story, he is broken and all he did was to get a little bit of his fathers love, which he didnt get, but Liberty did SEE something in him and made him feel like he was really loved. Now after she disappeared Soldier Boy may have tried to move on and got into a relationship with countess but he never let go of his past with the only woman he truly loved, or maybe, the whole thing between soldier boy and countess was just set up by Vought, buuuut, maybe soldier boy started to really love her because it was the second meaningful and "stable" relationship he had. It would be good for you to go try and figure out the characters before throwing hate. Also in season 3 we saw a Soldier boy that Lost everything and owed nothing to no one, now he got to be in the spotlight again, so in his head is just like "why the fuck would I change now"
