girl your glass cutting board is so bad for your knives just get a high quality wood one if you are afraid of micro plastics. Do some research or I could recommend a brand for you! Wood does bind moisture however a good quality wood is anti bacterial and microbial, and a high quality one is sealed well and don't have this issue, especially if you treat and wax it properly. i personally use bees wax to help prevent sickness as it is also anti bacterial and microbial.

I’ve heard a wet paper towel laying beside of it actually catches the fumes that make you cry. They’re attracted to the moisture. 🤷🏻‍♂️
