do it slowly, progress little at a time. I would totally vertical like that and felt 3 pops! was sore for a week 😂

Have one and they are terrible for your spine. You can injure your discs very easy.

My inversion table saved me. I have L5 L7 compression and it allowed me to decompress at my own comfort level. Couple minutes in the morning and in the afternoon at a conservative incline does the trick for me. No more pain.
