I use this and it’s not dry it has a creamy texture and I also use as a blush. I use on days that want no makeup makeup look and I get a lot of compliments.

I purchased this. It’s not dry and the color is very pretty but it did not blur the lines out for me and that’s just the onion review but it is very pretty and it’s creamy. It’s not dry.
