Not trying to be negative, just trying to learn . That looks like 6 romex , which I thought had a 55 amp max , how are you able to have on a 60 amp breaker ?

Just a reminder that inside an Electrical Metallic Tube (EMT) conduit, the use of Romex cable is not permitted. You need to use THHN wire instead, and in your case for the Tesla charger, it should be 6 AWG.

Doesn’t level 2 chargers have a built in gfi. I read and heard, from other electricians , it will trip the gfci breakers? Just trying to be knowledgeable here

Can’t use #6 Romex. It’ll melt. Gotta use THHN copper in conduit if you’re gonna send the full load. 48amp x 125%=60amp breaker.
