@karenposnerugc: Admitting I needed a CPAP felt like losing. Turns out it was the opposite. The AirSense 11 from @cpapdotcom is small, quiet, and honestly kind of unbothered, which is more than I can say for myself most days. This summer I'm keeping up with my kids at the splash pad, making it through the whole bedtime routine, and not crashing the second I sit down. Hardest thing to admit I needed.
