your page is one of my favorites to watch over my wife's shoulders! What would you recommend to protect a newbie's nails from falling apart? I'm a male and just started having some self expression fun with nail polish and decals, but when I removed it after just a week my nails were cracked and peeling so bad! I got some good oil-based nail repair stuff, but would like to avoid needing it in the future. (please ignore my coloring outside the lines, I'm learning!)
